Refund/Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased please return the item to Healing Touch Pottery within 7 days of receiving the order. The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to you. Upon receiving the order Healing Touch Pottery will refund the order or ship a replacement. Please contact us to ensure we are aware of the return and we can initiate the refund.

If the item arrived to you damaged, please submit a photo of damage to htpottery@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Healing Touch Pottery will refund the item or ship a replacement.

If photos or shipments are not initiated within 7 days upon receipt of the item Healing Touch Pottery reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement of the order.
